Support Functionality​
Provide functions for support staff to do the following:
- Disable submissions and viewer launch during Turnitin Maintenance Windows
- View Submission ID's
- Check and update the status of a submission by calling 'Get Submission Info'
- Check and update the status of a report by calling 'Get Similarity Report Info'
- Retry a failed paper submission, (Create, Upload, Generate Report)
- A bulk retry process for all failures
